hey all, the thread by Inky and some things that have been happening for me over the weekend made me decide to start this thread. We often write and ask for support in the I admit thread and sometimes our requests can get a bit lost so hopefully this will make things easier.
Please feel free to add your own requests and wishes and lets join our energies together to support our friends and their loved ones on here.

I will add two requests if I may. One for people to send good thoughts to my dad who had the third fall in as many months when out today. (I on the other hand will be sending thoughts to knock some sense into his 80 year old skull and get this bloody investigated  )
And the second is for a friend of mine who got a phone call with some very upsetting news about his child while I was with him today.
