The only 'law' requiring people to pay taxes amounts to who owns the guns.  You see, Rangel is part of the group that owns the IRS guns that are pointed at the ordinary people who pay their 'voluntary' income taxes.

There is no law, "who owns the guns" has become the only "law".

U.S.C. 26 requires that anyone with income above a very low minimum must file returns and pay income tax. Anyone who claims otherwise is either lying or believes someone who lied to them.
