Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.

I have been trying to tell you kinkroids...this is not your father's country anymore. A man hired by Ronald Reagan in 1976 to raise funds for the repub pres. nomination went and returned from wall street. He was asked what Reagan had to do to get their money. Reagan was told what he had to do...to stay alive. Reagan did not play ball and was elected in 1980. 69 days later some deranged young man with a twisted crush on Jody Foster shot him. Yeaaa riiight. Obama has not changed anything that either side didn't like happening in govt. with respect to our CIA, military, spending, GITMO, assassinations, diplomacy, wars, trade, invasion of civil liberties, domestic surveillance and for about 30 years...nothing. Why anybody would trust the CIA is beyond me. Their hands have been dirty from the beginning. I don't. I forget who had it here but Operation Northwood in addition to 9/11 put me over the edge. As has been explained by more than a few and long before our digital conspiracy fetish...these are the powers behind the thrown. The whole world has changed and it's going to get worse before it gets better because it isn't getting better. Oh and BTW, this judge need not have been killed for this decision. He was killed...for the next one. Get them all scared. This stuff is a slow process and they are and will be patient.
