I would want a more specific reference or link than that if I were her, pahunkboy and RealOne. So please supply her with one so she can verify the information.

The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws.

The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.

A man hired by Ronald Reagan in 1976 to raise funds for the repub pres. nomination went and returned from wall street. He was asked what Reagan had to do to get their money. Reagan was told what he had to do...to stay alive. Reagan did not play ball and was elected in 1980. 69 days later some deranged young man with a twisted crush on Jody Foster shot him. Yeaaa riiight.

Obama has not changed anything that either side didn't like happening in govt. with respect to our CIA, military, spending, GITMO, assassinations, diplomacy, wars, trade, invasion of civil liberties, domestic surveillance and for about 30 years...nothing. Why anybody would trust the CIA is beyond me. Their hands have been dirty from the beginning. I don't.

I forget who had it here but Operation Northwood in addition to 9/11 put me over the edge. As has been explained by more than a few and long before our digital conspiracy fetish...these are the powers behind the thrown. The whole world has changed and it's going to get worse before it gets better because it isn't getting better.

Oh and BTW, this judge need not have been killed for this decision. He was killed...for the next one. Get them all scared. This stuff is a slow process and they are and will be patient.

Lucy, rather than seeking some (probably non-existent) verification for the laughable claims above (thereby indulging their lurid fantasies), shouldn't we all be concerned that the people responsible for this gibberish are clearly either skipping their meds, or that the prescribed dosage is woefully inadequate for their needs?

Heh, there is  no verifiable link, there are 466 sites quoting this rather sad piece of trash, and most of them are anti govmt sites or conspiracy ones.This is as much bullshit as people claiming its a jewish conspiracy .Bigots assholes and general morons seem to cling to this shit like a drug addict  to his heroin, say its the truth, it must be, its anti govmnt so must be tru..no one has verified it, no on can, no one will admit that paranoia and hate caused this tragedy, and cannot admit they are party to it.. So its blame whoever is your personal buggaboo.
