You've got to read between the lines with these cases. Go beyond the superficial. There is little or no evidence, but there are general principles that apply here, just as there are universal laws and principles in science. Trust upon your scientific instincts to discern and to get a feeling for these general principles.

Ahem, pahunkboy, both Politesub53 and Lucylastic are correct in that the link is not good enough. What Lucylastic wants is confirmation that such an intelligence report was indeed circulating in the Kremlin. To which I add that I would deem it highly unlikely that such a - usually top secret - report would be released to the public. However, I do notice that nobody seems to be contesting the alleged assertions in that report, which - as they pertain to USA matters - I would think would be easily verifiable by any USA citizen.
