Think 19 is a good age to have kids ?

Any government in it's right mind would welcome a population decrease, except for a few things.

There are less people to govern.
There are less people to tax.
There are less people to support the retired.

The way government is done now, they welcome more people. That is clear to see. It's good for them.

But it's not good for the people.
