the idea that people can walk away from law is propaganda frankly. -and I mean seriously bad hang yourself if you believe it propaganda.
That is why I classify those who snark at this stuff as either tards or plants.
Here I will give you an example that is really cut and dry no brainer.
Lets take the united states for instance or even any of the states for that matter.
If you get rid of the Articles of Confederation, the sole document that established the the united states, like lets just say for this example that every copy was expunged and burned and no reminent or writing exists to even allow anyone to be aware it ever existed.
Now go to court and prove the united states is a valid creation under or withing the law for instance. Thats right you cant. You have no standing. and you lose.
that goes for treaties and laws of any kind. If you look at american history you will find that there are mounds and mounds of "stuff" that is done today that is without any foundation in law. That is called defacto or in other words, "the way we are doing it".
Why? as an example the 14th amendment.... because the southern states were legitimately in the union and they were not allowed suffrage in congress when it was passed.
Congress had no authority to summarily claim that the people of the states we ALSO citizens of the united states which is not a land mass but it is used in that context. OR is it?
If the United states is a land mass that lays out a geographical country of its own then they states with reference to the fed are no different than the counties are in reference to the states....and you can see the huge problem that causes.
When you claim you are a citizen of the united states what are you a citizen of and how does that apply?
Well as a citizen of the united states you traverse into the government after the reconstruction and get rights that have been converted to privileges such that you are "subject to" the jurisdiction thereof.
Gotta think of government like one big glob of corporations because that is what they are and you can go from one to the next or supposedly none at all...... (consent to be governed), of course the demorcacy "mob" wont hear of it that you would not want to be governed and have to pay outrageous taxation at the end of a barrel of the same gun they themselves cannot escape.
Hell if they have to pay you have to pay, does not matter that their government is and has been for out of control and they have no clue how to get control of it.
Only the bottom of the gene pool of a society would consent to be governed where the voters are a bunch of clueless retards that believe every story they hear on the news as fact when truth is it is literally all bullshit that even gives me pause at times.
That does not matter if they pay you better pay! Mob misery demands bed partners. Besides they are getting a welfare check and they need your money to insure it keeps coming in.
There are rules in law too and that is if you have something in for 20 years it becomes a monument! So we have law that has no foundation in law and have for the last 150 year been a lawless and defacto country that is operating on primarily contract with a government (mob) that does not bargain and a country of people that have no clue how its run much less how to change it.
They all think that coming to a forum and arguing about the leftee and rightee issues and voting the bitch out is really going to have an effect and change some of the lawlessness of the joint when nothing could be farther from the truth l.ol
Frankly it is a very sad state of affairs and getting worse every day.
What I point out in my posts is the break in the chain of title of the law necessary to validate the dejure law. In other words law of th eland not corporate by-laws which is what ALL statutes are but no one and even shit loads of attorneys even know that. hell ask attorneys what allodial property title is and 95 out of 100 will say all-what?
