And Blowboy is in the late stages of chronic stupidity. What else is new?

If chronic stupidity was a problem with electing somebody to office, your country would have been spared eight years of the chimp and his dad would have needed to find a different vp. Hell, the world would never even have heard of caribou Barbie as she wouldn't have been allowed to even run a small town in Alaska...

thishereboi, have to disagree ...   Dementia can definitely be diagnosed before autopsy...  Unless you dismiss psychology and psychiatry altogether as legitimate professions.    M

I think this has to be all taken in context.

Little Ronnie has made a career of being the son of Big Ronnie.

He has accomplished nothing on his own and has spent his life riding on Daddy's coattails.

Personally, I have always found him to be disgusting and this just reaffirms my view.
That seems like an unfair criticism.   Why do you say this?   What does he have to do, in  your opinion to make something of himself?   I seen him as a comentator, and he always seems on solid ground.

I would say, the fact that Ron Junior is the late Ron's son, gives him some credibility.   The other thing, that appeared to me, to be potential evidence, is the question and answer periods during the Iran-Contra affair, where there were lots of "I don't recall" responses.   I know that can be one way of omitting the truth, but it is also part of the way dementia is diagnosed.    M

Actually this does raise some interesting questions. Having worked in the mental health field I can tell you a few thing. A person even diagnosised with Psychosis can become President. First off under HIPPA, unless this person signs a release of information, the condition could never become public. Secondly under the Disabilities Act, you can not deny a person with a mental illness employment. Under Federal law unless an individual is deemed by a court incompatent and a Trustee is appointed, the person is regarded as any other adult. Also under the Constitutation, there is no mental illness, phyiscal health or IQ requirement. FDR was elected President even though he suffered from a disabling condition, you will see many pictures of him in a wheelchair or walking with canes.

Yes, we all know about FDR's polio.

What I don't know is why it keeps getting brought up on a thread about Alzheimer's.
