If so- do tell.  We want to hear all about it!

Very much so!

Over a year ago I made a promise to myself to treat myself better and live healthier. I've lost weight and am in better physical shape than I've been in years. A gift of a deluxe gym membership, beginning Dec 1, has made it even easier during nasty weather.

I've also been doing an exellent job of managing my finances much better than I used to and have dramatically reduced my debt load.

Lost 20 pounds recently

Making good progress in a new business venture

Still can't walk 10 feet holding a drink without spilling it....

I've lost five pounds so far and am completely overhauling our diet, so yes.  I've even convinced Alpha to start running with me a little bit.

well, completed my degree now after 3.5 years....which means my hourly rate in the work force increased now from 8.72 to the range of 25-35/hr once I bothered to apply for jobs....

My next goal will be to get back in shape as the last 4 months were just maniac but I will wait to do with that once I sorted out my current financial trouble as I can't do multi task right now with those two aspects....so I take one step at a time.

an unplanned goal was that my friendship is strengthening with a childhood friend with whom I lost contact due to the guy she was with...since he passed away we are back in touch again and I am proud about that what happened and lead to the broken up contact (which wasn't her fault as she had nothing to do with it) didn't mean we will lose contact forever.

I've lost some weight, which is one of my goals. Still have more to go, though.
I've re-entered the dating world.
I've tried to make new connections with people I either lost touch with or didn't like.

some progress, though most of it has been pretty slow. still -- PROGRESS! :)

We got married last year (we met on here) and started to make some forward plans. Get the boat re-fitted which is a huge task. So far all is going to plan and we are right on schedule. We have now set a date for a long Atlantic crossing in May next year. Thats our main goal and so although we haven't done it yet, we will!

Yes, Dark Lord Satan is very pleased with my progress.

You think it's a joke.

I don't really  have any goals anymore. I guess in a way, that makes things much easier.

I can walk at least 12 feet without spilling.

Yep, mine were mostly health related, and I've been kicking their ass all over the place. About a year ago now, quit smoking, followed that up by a plan to gradually reduce my dependence on sugar, devised an exercise program (then re-devised one after my doctor informed me I was doing far far too much), and stopped eating so much crappy food. Some of my friends think I have been replaced by a cunning simulacrum.
