How to find one - Change your approach.
Most Dominant women aren't just sitting back waiting for someone to come along that they can play with online. Most Dominant women want submissive partners that will be in their real lives. If I actually wanted to just waste My time electronically, it would take Me about three seconds to find it.
Most folks don't want to be the Mistress of somebody that they don't know. Most also don't want the kind of arrangement where anyone will do.
Maybe instead of training, you should start educating yourself on what D/s is about. There are plenty of books out there and going to munches so you can meet people are great ways to do this.
