He seems to be pretty consistent. He will reappear in a new id shortly.

You make the legality sound so convenient! I suppose we can waive any and all indications of verbal or implied consent or waiving of right to privacy by sheer virtue of choosing to engage in said cam. We'll pretend the cammer was psychically coerced! Good cover.
I'm also amazed you secretly discovered the OP's nefarious plan to spread these images all over webdom when he was just asking about screen capture software. Good psychic prowess again.
I'd love for you to find one actual law suit that has had any elements even remotely similar to what is being discussed (and imagined) here. And please don't use the name "Cameron Diaz".

Well done again! You've divined the fact that he's saving still images from pro-cam girls (without him having to say so)!

I see how, for you, this might be a hairy situation in which to provide assistance since your psychic powers made you aware he was using them for these potentially illegal purposes and that you could, in an incredibly loose and twisted way, perhaps be held accountable as an accomplice, but none of us non-psychics here would have known he was planning to do that.

That's if the ToS of the cam service he's using prohibits screencaps at all. Sounds like an issue that's more their concern, no? Is this a DRM discussion?

Yes, the parallel of spying on high school children with hidden webcams secretly placed in their laptops to taking screencaps of consensual cam sessions online is incredible.

I have to ask one logical question... If it was with the persons consent, why would he need a screen capturing program?

My cam on any program I run allows me to take stills while my cam is running. So If a partner wanted photos I could provide them....

Why would he need third party software....?

Also please note.. I know it might be lost on you...

But taking images off someones cam..... can be and is dangerous for the one doing it.... A) doing it risks a lawsuit if you use those images.... b) you cant verify the age of someone on cam so you could be capturing images.....that are illegal to be on your computer as it is...

And finally I know you might not give a rats ass but Id rather not provide people with ways to commit crimes, your conscious  though with your posting history...... might not care but remember the information you post can help... or hurt others....
