How dumb.   Corporations have "personal privacy"?

That is a stretch.

Its a novel defense relying on ambiguities in the FOIA, but will ultimately fail. Corporate law is already very clear on what constitutes protected trade secrets and intellectual property.

I disagree.  If the data reflected that standard- then it so would have been stated.
