My two big not so good for you junk salads are taco salad with lots of seasoned ground taco meat, cheese, avocado and salsa all in a fried tortilla bowl or just with tortilla chips is good too.....The other one is Chinese chicken salad which is not so good for you if you get all the bad stuff, fried wonton strips, use breaded fried chicken and lot of good dressing and lots of peanuts.
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green or red onion, black or green olives (esp. the garlic stuffed ones!), feta or sharp cheddar cheeses, and almonds. I love to add something no one here has yet mentioned: turkey pepperoni - my addiction! Topped with any kind of Italian or balsamic vinagrette dressing.........luci
