My neighbor brought this up to me. I disagree on it. I think both are about the same. Real wages have not increased since 1980. Not really.

Be that is it may- if Obama is better, then why? If not then why?

Pandering. The economy was better for everyone under Reagan's eight years than under Obama's two thus far. His son singles out blacks and states that they had it better under Reagan than they do now, therefore Reagan is a friend of the blacks. Under that logic, Reagan is a better friend of every single minority as well as Anglos. But he was also a bigger enemy because the deregulation he initiated led to the bubble bursting.

It was better for everyone, right up until the point where the bubble burst in Bush I's lap.
