As for my fixing it. If I'm whiny there's a reason, maybe whoever made me whiny needs to be the one fixing it? Maybe fixing it is beyond my control, because probably I didn't make myself whiny....

I've already given the OP and subsequent sock puppets enough time. I did read this and want to address it although I am emphatically NOT picking on Sophie in doing so.

While I do believe an M-type has a certain responsibility that I don't place on a partner in a vanilla relationship I also feel it is somewhat of a cop out for anyone to state the above that I bolded.

I am big on personal responsibility and I seriously wouldn't accept the above statement at face value. If a slave or submissive is feeling a negative..........whatever......it is first and foremost their own responsibility to deal with it. I would never EVER accept the idea that someone MADE them that way therefore they are not responsible for 'fixing it'. They made the choice to be whiny they have the choice to stop being whiny as well.

pfffffffttt I was just being whiny

Do you know...I was actually going to take the time to read through this whole thread after being told about it by a good friend of mine who is one of the submissives on here. My take on the matter was this...and put shortly so you do not have trouble understanding it...that's the way it is in HIS world. There are few femdominants as compared to the number of male submissives...therefore the femdominants can afford to be pretty damn choosy. On the other hand, there are few female submissives compared to the ungodly number of male dominants. So guess who gets to be choosy? Come on now...if you have followed along so far (I tried to make it easy)...you can see that it is the female submissive. That "luxury"...if you can call it that...enables the female submissive to be fairly choosy.

Does that ability to be choosy translate into attitude? No doubt. I can tell you from a personal standpoint...and did in that thread...that I have dealt with submissives who are submissive only up to the point where the dominant does/says something the submissive disagrees with and then all her vaunted submission to you goes out the window. I've dealt with submissives who, in the getting to know you phase, think that all the signs of dominance...but without dominating them...should come from you whereas they do not feel a need to put their submissive cards on the table. I've dealt with submissives who, once they describe their vision of what submission is, come across as the female version of the "do-me" submissive. I've dealt with submissives who submitted only up to the point where it became inconvenient for them and then the romantic visions they filled your dominant head with went out the window.

But you know what? Just as I said in that thread, so has EVERY OTHER male dominant on here. ~shrugs~...get over it. Not every female submissive has an attitude because they won't bow down to you immediately. Not every female submissive has an attitude because they refuse to show you respect you have not earned (by the way? Telling someone that they must be a femdominant at heart or calling someone a cunt as you did a couple of my friends on here, or lamenting the plight of someone else's dominant because of what you perceive as the submissive's attitude? Not a great way to win submissives of any persuasion), not every submissive has an attitude because they know what fits their submission...which really is a form of submission, just maybe not YOURS.

Submission means to yield. YIELD. That means to give over....something. How much a person chooses to give over and how they choose to do it? That is between them and a potential partner to decide as they move along. It is NOT for you to state to someone that they MUST do or they have an attitude. If someone does not fit your definition of slave, then move on. If NO ONE fits your definition of slave, then move on to the mirror and take a look at yourself...both outside and in.

I'd suggest a time out, the block function, learning to smile and not let the little things get to you or getting a dominant to train your ass. Although a good dominant would likely ignore you than to put up with your venting at the world over an online situation.

Oh I knew this was going to be a good one when I saw the title. This has been the first time in ages that I have read through an entire thread.
Ladies and gentlemen thank you for the entertainment this morning. It was so worth waking up early.
OP: You have alot to learn. Though from the posts that I have read from you, you are not yet mature enough to realize that. Don't worry one day you will wake up and realize that you don't know everything. When that happens you will be ready to listen to some of the advise that was given to you on this thread.
