I predicted this; when you add it to recent statements attributed to Gov Abercrombie (Dim- very, very dim- of Hawaii), it could get very very interesting very very quickly.

It seems the legislature of Arizona (bitchslap them- and SCOTUS; don't forget SCOTUS has a score to settle with Barry- again, 0bama0) is going to require future candidates for certain offices to prove their eligibility for such office)

As I predicted.

That law is unenforceable. I think someone needs to start recall petitions to get the morons proposing unconstitutional and/or unenforceable laws out of office.

BTW even if the problem with the undefined term is dealt with the requirement for a long form birth certificate is a violation of the full faith clause.

If a judge- any judge- allows discovery 0bama0 will suddenly find a good reason not to be on the ballot in that state. Or, more probably, those ststes.

He may, or may not, be a citizen. There is not to be found, anywhere, a definition of "natural born citizen," extant  in 1787, that 0bama0 can meet.
And Team 0bama0 damned well knows it.

Unless you can tell me why, I shall be forced to the regrettable conclusion that your knowledge of law somewhat less than tour knowledge of astrophysics and ancient Sumerian. Combined.
The fact is that the States have been given wide latitude in the matter of elections.
And- if the States are not allowed to request the bona fides of candidates, what does DK imagine the proper vetting body to be?
Personally, I think cert is a slam dunk.

Just as a matter of curiosity, IF 0bama0 were to be found not to be a NBC, would the bills he signed still be law????
What would the appropriate criminal charges be?????
How fast could we first inpeach and then tar and feather the judges who threw out the previous challenges???

I am in favor of "both" laws herein under discussion.
Guns should be sold legally.
Only NBCs should be President.
Both should be checked.
No problem, no inconsistency, just smooth rational thought.
Speaking of smooth rational thought, did you hear The 'Cuda last week? I think I can quote Her verbatim: "If it wasn't for the double standard, liberals would have no standards at all".

I want Palin/Coulter.

I don't know who the cuda is, but she is certainly an ignorant cunt, as if conservatives somehow have or have had 'standards' either.

I have a copy of my birth certificate from Arizona, and guess what, it says "Certificate of Live Birth."

And that is all I have to show to prove I was born in the United States, which means the law is in violation of Arizona's requirements for proof of citizenship.
