You are mistaking munches with play parties. A munch is a social event, normally in a restaurant. In general people are asked to not wear fetish wear or draw attention to themselves at munch. Some munches are fortunate to have a private room in a restaurant. Others just meet in the restaurant itself. So you can understand that there will be no puppy play happening at munch.
