BSc in engineering at university. 20 years of learning in industry. Teaching diploma at university. 5 years of working with disadvantaged teens. Another BSc, this time in maths, from the Open University (distance university) I learned most in the last 5 years - working with teens is an education in itself!

I have a BS and an MBA and found both valuable for giving me a broad background. I worked during the day and went to school at night the whole time and liked that because many of the night instructors had professional jobs during the day and could share their real world experiences with us. The bulk of my education has come from life experience, though. I consider each and every day to be a learning opportunity, and consider my education an on-going, life-long process. Not just as a young adult, but for the entire time I'm here on the planet.

School of hard knocks, Many years at Screw U Degree in rebelling, sarcasm and takin the piss, Black belt in Origami and gravy making. I did manage to get to college too. But living on the streets made college look like kindergarten
