I think the original intent of this post was merely to see what labels people would put to a situation that they knew only the basics about.  More importantly, I think they were also looking for WHY certain labels would be applied by people.  More of a study in perception than a cry for an ego boost or validation.  I find perceptions and labels fascinating too, especially because they mean different things to different people.
As for how I would identify this person: switch, because of the dom and sub roles in different contexts.

Exactly I was simply curious as to what labels others would put on "my "situation and how they felt about labels. I find labesl in general entertaining and how they change from person to person. I like to try and undersand why people use certain labels and how they react to labels put on them.

Do I care personally what stangers on the net label me as? In truth, I don't care how most people online and r/t label me. I know who and what I am but I am always curious as to how others label me and why. I suppose it is my way of trying to understand labels and more specifically the difference among people even people who are "classed" together by society. If that makes sense.

Ok, I understand. So, I have a question for you. If someone 'mislabels' you.. say they refer to you as a Top when you see yourself as a bottom, would you correct them and explain your viewpoint or do you truly not care if they have label you as they see you rather than as how you see yourself?

I would explain my veiws on it.
Then I would let it be. I would not be hurt, angry, or offended by their labels of me. I can't change how others perceive me I can only be aware of why they perceive me that way and from there I must decide what if anything I do about it.

An example there are many people who say " there is no such thing as a switch". While I consider myself a switch.Does that bother me? Nope it is simply their perception of roles. Nothing I do can change that and it really isn't worth the effort to.

I think the purple peeps bunny icon is not an accurate symbolic representation of your online identity.

I was wondering if I was the only one who saw the dichotomy in that picture for LA...

My favorite label that I have received is "Knight's bitch"  *g*

There are times that other people's opinions matter to me or at the very least have some impact on me.  It all depends on how much respect I do or do not have for that person.  The more respect I have for them, the more their opinion will matter.  Above it all though, my Lord and alandra's opinions are the most important and will carry the most weight.
