Interesting little scam. Kinda surprised they fell for it, but oh well. Like they said "sue me". There was no mention of a summons.

When you sue someone it must be preceeded by a notice. That's how the marks viewed the contact. But such notice should go into detail for example, a patent number or similar index for intellectual property. No way they could provide what they didn't have right ? I can say you owe me money, but without some legal basis you would be right to tell me to pound salt.

Live and learn I guess.

I'm amazed how many people fell for it. Who can blame him though for taking something that was ancient and making it into his own product.

Which is what I personally associate more with any BDSM  identifier than the triskele, as do many folks I know..

Thanks for those links GT
I actually think its a shame that when choosing the pattern of the identifier, they chose something that could mean so many other things depending on the direction of the swirls, the colors and the dots. Surely something more unique would of stopped the confusion. Thousands of people in the UK have this symbol as a tat or a treasured piece of jewelry but I bet they are nearly all wrong. The tat for example can't have holes in it so it has to be Celtic.

I have a fondness for triskels, as they appear in so many of my interests, from La Tene curvilinear art through to buddhism. I also see another use for the device, an indicator of choice and the original crossroads. As a result, I notice them where they are and who wears them and can only speculate as to their interest, be it the usual Hiberno-Saxon Celtica that many seem attracted to or the more personal designs, as a jewellery designer maker, I tend to notice what metal people wear. As a scene symbol, it has two uses, an indicator of a similar interest for those in the know, and for those that are not, camouflage.
