I have been watching the news and it appears the Northern half of the USA is going through a very cold winter this year.It got so cold here in St.Pete,FL,that I had to turn my A/C off!Its been around 75 degree weather around here.I hope you all are having fun up there!

Its ok. I will remember you when its 75 degrees up here... and we dont need AC or heat... while you are running from the hurricanes and dealing with the nasty waterbugs. [:D]

[:D] They aren't waterbugs. They're HUGE cockroaches. The locals call em 'waterbugs' or 'palmetto bugs' so they wont scare the Canadian tourists quite so badly.

[sm=skiprope.gif] I have the best of both worlds. In winter I'm in Arizona where we have no hurricanes. In summer I'm in the mountains of Montana. You gotta love good clean motor home living!!! Even we will have 2 chilly days that make it to the 50s and 60s. Starting Friday we're back with our normal winter temperatures of 70 or so.

The flying cockroaches on steroids (palmettos) are here in South Fla year round. Monday it was a bitter 60 when I walked to work. Sending warm thoughts to all y'all in colder climes, though.

Holly, it's 72 here....no sunshine tho.......just clouds and humidity. I actually had to turn the a/c on this am cuz we were sticking to the hardwood floors! You guys just dig yourselves out and c'mon down.....I have an extra bedroom, and the LO can camp on the futon in the living room! See, I have a plan!

I worked outside ( at&t ) in Wisconsin for over 30 years. I wouldn't trade one day of it. I would rather live right where I am. Having 4 seasons is really nice.
