Yes.  By doing exactly what you are NOT currently doing.

Pay attention.

Asking a bunch of strangers on the internet how to please YOUR master is the laziest fucking thing for any sub to do.  The key here is knowing the likes and dislikes of your master and working out what will please him based upon your interaction with him.

Personally, "I love Master" on cookies would make me roll my eyes and wonder how the hell I missed the insipid tendencies of my sub.  However your Master may adore it.  Your task is to please and to obey and to exert yourself in doing so.  It is not to make your life easy by asking someone else for ideas.  To me that demonstrates a lack of enthusiasm for the task.  It also suggests that your interaction with your master appears superficial.  Form rather than function.

To surprise and delight pay attention to the individual you wish to surprise and delight.  Only then can you cater to their taste, personality and uniqueness.  Anything less is trite.

Well, I always get in trouble when I say this so use at your own risk. But for me, what I find to be the most pleasing thing of all is when Carol challenges some internal fear of hers and subsequently surrenders in some area that was problematic before. I'm going to take a different approach. I don't believe you're oblivious to what he enjoys, but you may have difficulty picking up the clues when you're distracted or focused on other things. Last year I read a very good book that addressed the subject unconventionally. I must caution it is not kink inspired and won't provide a dandy how-to cheat sheet. What she does offer is the wisdom of silence and the unexpected gains found in its presence. You'll notice her increased attentiveness to her partner and those around her when mental interruptions no longer occurred.
