Then the "Michael Moore left" must be a pretty small group.

In Gallup's initial 2001 poll about Afghanistan, shortly after the U.S. invasion, and in the poll that followed in January 2002, a very small minority of 9% and 6% of Americans, respectively, said U.S. involvement in that country was a mistake.

Not anymore.

When his approval ratings dropped to the 25%-30% range before the 2008 election he suddenly went from being a conservative hero to a RINO.

But it was funny watching all the people on here who sang his praises abandon him without a second thought.

So, let me see if I understand this reasoning.

We had justification for invading Afghanistan but failed to commit the resources to accomplish what we intended. 

Instead we invaded a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 because we had a better chance of winning?
