Well, looking back at you (Dom here), I'm hoping to see a likeable, mature adult who I can relate to in all (ok, most) things in and out of an intimate D/s or M/s dynamic. In other words, if she's not someone I can like and wanna be with as a person, then I'm not the least bit interested in how well she takes instruction.

What makes someone a good leader, a good boss, a good teacher, a good mentor, a good friend, a good lover? Everyone will have a different answer to Your question. However, in general people judge others by whatever is most important to them.

A good grammar (if the person's mother tongue is English). Maturity. The person needs to come across as honest, trustworthy, dependable, financially & mentally stable, in good health and responsible and last but not least they need to have a good sense of humor and be able to laugh at themselves as well.
However, in spite of all this... the bottom line is I need to be able to click with them.

This however only applies to me, other people may have different criteria. I simply don't do people with baggage I'm too young for that shit.

Maturity, experience, a sense of humor, a down to earth personality. They give me butterflies, they share my interests, they're on the same continent and they're willing to meet at some point.

Also, capitalization and punctuation ftw.

I hate to say this, but there's a lot of gravitas that's necessary, and you need to work on that.

Your spelling and punctuation leave a lot to be desired.  In your profile picture, you didn't bother to brush your hair and you're wearing a T shirt.

You honestly don't radiate power and self assurance.

Okay, but in Yours You're in pajamas. (In mine i'm a bird.) i don't think the picture is the problem.

For the record, what i look for in a Dom is:
honesty
integrity
compassion
intelligence
sense of humor
work ethic
chemistry/compatibility
kink match
introversion

In terms of first impressions:
they show up on time
they treat me like a person; not rude or disrespectful from the get go
they seem interesting

I look for someone who doesn't seem to be playing a role and who is honestly engaging at first. After that I check him out to see if he has qualities as a leader, is kind, hard working, and funny. It just comes down to a good match so I'm thinking it will vary from person to person.

The other comments you've received on your picture and OP have merit. If you have one chance to make an impression on someone how would you do it? Let's say that you won't get another chance, you'd approach that one chance like a job interview and present yourself in the best light. So presentation does count. Be smart, make the most of it - you never know who is out there looking in at any given time [:)]

Sorry the picture was taken right after work in the studio, it hot with all the light.

I'm as mature as i can be for my age.
I'm self assurance ,but i may not radiate power.
I just suck at first impression. that why i asked!

I think your picture is fine for your age. I don't know if English is your second language though, and around in the forums grammar police can be harsh.

Females and males around your age will likely be looking for someone fun who can inspire them to stop in their tracks. Take time to observe what other males are doing when talking to their girlfriends. At your age it is probably best to start out with someone as a romantic partner, with the idea that it will be a power relationship over time.

Fill out your profile. Be real and don't focus solely on kink. What do you like? If English is not your primary language state that outright. Good luck.
