Status: offline 		Every umbrella malfunctions is it's windy enough. Including the ones guaranteed to stand up to all gusts. Manhattan, with the concrete canyons, is proof of this.

Status: offline 		aaaah, yes...Concrete Canyons....I've lost two umbrellas to the city of Buffalo.....it was harder walking down the streets in a wind there than any open plain state I've ever been in.  Depending on the wind direction, you can be walking easily going in one direction, but when you come out into the street that the wind is blowing down, it can knock you off your feet.....and heaven help you if it's winter and the sidewalk is icy.
