After the whole thing, the camera angle changes. So it's not a fixed surveillance camera, but a handheld camera.  Someone was recording the alleged breakin.  And who would break into a store in broad daylight with people around?

I call bull.

Actually, the "smash and grab," as it is called is a fairly common technique. These guys weren't very good at it though - they were far too slow.

While I am not %100 convinced of the reality of this, I see nothing yet to doubt it. so, until then... Go, granny go!

Maybe one of the would be thieves is her grandson and she just wanted to straighten him out.

I love it when one sees the sense of right and wrong so deeply seated it transcends everything.

I think it's genuine - I suspect that the videoer [that word is specially for VC], like the other spectators who later appear, had his sense of right and wrong not quite so deeply seated and like them was simply afraid.

I never know what is in my mom's purse and carry 2 wallets in mine, along with mp3 player, receipts, soda or water and my manicure kit.  I am waiting for my brother to make my walking stick for me because I have trouble hauling up from sitting and with  this rascal I can use it like a bo (oriental pole similar to a quarterstaff).
