I have been trying to create a video journal and video intro on Collar Me. The video does not record...only the audio. I am using a mac. Is the collarme.com site only compatible with windows?

Out of technical curiosity, I gave it a try - and the feature worked fine on a Mac using the built-in iSight camera. First, I'd make sure your version of Adobe Flash is updated. Then, when you get to the prompt to allow or deny access to the camera, right-click (or control-click) on the the message. This opens the Flash Player Settings. Select the camera tab, then make sure a camera is selected in the pulldown menu. My iSight shows up as a "USB Video Class Video" source. I attached some screen shots of where to find the settings. Hope that helps.

And, if it does, use it wisely. :)

YOu do have to make sure in your settings of both video and audio that you have manually selected and changed your settings to either the choice of your camera or the usb source it is connected to(the above poster was correct). Make sure you check both settings.
