It could. Oliver Jovanovic was convicted in NYC a few years back on similar charges. Usually, there's some sort of paper trail that shows a desire on the part of the submissive to take part. In Jovanovic's case, the emails were excluded by the trial judge. Of course, with neighbors, the negotiations could have all been verbal. This is why in this sort of scene it's vital to have a safe word in place so the submissive can clearly indicate that he or she wants the scene to end. Also, I won't do a resistence/kidnap scene with anyone until I've played with her a few times so I really know her reactions. It could also just be two people sucking an unwilling victim into a fantasy. It happens. A highly respected leader of a BDSM group in the NorthWest was convicted a while back of kidnapping and raping several Asian students.

I rather like the idea. Figure certian limits and an out word in and from there anything else is fair game. I'd add two things though. One, that you get it in writing that the abduction is consensual in nature and is only acting. And secondly that it only be done with people you really know and can trust.

I have 40 square acres, about 30 of it is wild timber. The rest is residence and open field for parking. I considered making a few primitive BSA cabins and then allow tent and RV camping. I am kind of a historical weirdo and thought about making primitive Scottish, Viking, and other crude dwelling scattered about for the fantasy play. I am rather fond of the dark edges at the edge of renaissance, where the attire was kind of cool but barbarism was still fashionable. The primitives and hovels would be for flavor and for the victims to hide in or run to. I would like to build a large stone courtyard with chains rings and hooks for play, with an arbor top. Of course I am talking primitive, lanterns, campfires and out houses. I would have to run it as a very exclusive club with screened members referred by BDSM communities. People who have seen you play and can vouch for who you are. I think we have enough pocket communities to make it so. Of course if you wanted imperial status you would have to race twicehappy and win.
