I joined this site about a month ago. Since then I have been reading and trying to learn as much as I can about M/s particularly. I am very new to being a slave and I already have a Master. I am particularly interested in learning how to approach everyday life from a slaves point of view. How to act towards and around my Master, he has told me what is permissible and what is not, but I am really looking to see if I should have a certain mind-set. My thoughts and my submission are not always in line with each other no matter how hard I try. Anyway, greetings to all of you.

Hi Alasha.

I would suggest you post your questions in the 'ask a submissive/slave forums'. You'll probably get a lot more feedback there and a diverse opinion set. My opinion, it's not easy but it gets easier with time. The mind set you 'should' have is the one with which you feel comfortable. In other words, being yourself is usually the proper course of action. There is no sense in trying to be something you are not. As time goes by, you are going to grow and change anyway.. so just let that happen naturally.. and don't forget to have FUN.. this is your life, you only get one of them, so live it to the fullest. There are always ups and downs, same as everywhere else, so don't sweat the small stuff.

Hello alasha and welcome to the boards.
 
I second what BitaTrouble said about checking out the submissive/slave forums.
There are two kink organizations in the Houston area that would be good
for you check out, http://www.hpep.org/, Houston Pep; and http://www.houston-eros.com/, Erotic Rose Society.  There should be links on their Websites for
munches and groups close to your part of the state.
