If you're talking about the "regular" chatrooms, the company that runs the flash license for it appears to have disappeared off the face of the planet, and thus has brought down the regular chat.

check the new update of the flash player from adobe its free you can download it from there just toke me 2 seconds update your flash player & you are good to go PS: it might be diffierant if you are using firefox browser...
