Just a word from the dastardly downloader. I've been doing it for about a dozen years now and I am almost to the point where I can't think of anything. When a few words pop into my mind I try to remember them and when I get to it I go on Google and enter it thus :

"and the sun dont shine anymore" lyric

That yielded : Glass Bottle - She ain't mine anymore

"and the end of my life is an open door" lyric

Yielded : John Entwistle (The Who) - 905

Now alot of these lyrics site have all kinds of popups and whatnot, but alot of times the name as well as the artist will be on the Google results page so if you can get the results right there it's good. Much simpler. Then you can go to itunes or "wherever" and get it.

But do keep asking here, I need ideas :-)

Instrumentals are much harder because you can't just hum a few bars into Google, but I heard there is such a program out there somewhere.

I've actually done that, but it's rare it turns out what I was looking for. Sometimes it just has to be blind dumb luck that you stumble onto what you were looking for.
