Prinsexx -> a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/15/2011 4:20:27 AM)

So I seem to have this way of making other people switch and turn.
For example a dominant says he would like to submit o me, a slave says he is 'going to teach me a lesson', an otherwise straight girl says she would love to try her first lesbian experience wuth me.
Fair enough: maybe it's in the water. Maybe, even though I don't know it, I have a yellow post it sticker on my forehead saying 'switching service for all proclivities'. Maybe this is just something that happens to me or maybe it happens more frequently to evreyone.
So my questions are: has this happened to you? What are your examples of others switching? How do you deal with it?

XenoMaster -> RE: a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/15/2011 4:29:45 AM)

I have gotten some odd requests and on occasion sent some.

I deal with it by deciding if I'm interested or not. If I am I pursue it. If not, I politely decline.

Prin,

I believe it is a result of the perception of experience that you seems to present in your profile. It used to happen alot for me before I semi retired from the path we call D/s.

If you're not interested, you just tell them so. A lot of sub women can probably relate, via meeting lots of men who want to sub to them, even if that means pretending to be a D to get a foot in the door.

Dang...even the semi-retired ones who would come out of retirement for me.

I understand switches, I do. I find switches complex and complete as I have been a switch myself. But, as you suggest, it it those who suddenly do a U turn that take me aback. And this Lady's not for turning.

DesFIP -> RE: a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/15/2011 9:54:26 AM)

Perhaps it's because you are a switch, even though for now you are solely working on your dominant side. They subconsciously identify you as switch and therefore feel safe expressing their hidden wishes.

sexyred1 -> RE: a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/15/2011 9:58:12 AM)

I am not a switch and I am straight but I have had straight women ask me to be their first time, and sub men ask me to top them.

I don't think it is anything that I am putting out. I think any time someone asks something of you, it is their own fantasy simply being projected on you.

I would not worry about it at all.

yup had two different doms switch on me. I absolutely hated it and was a breaking point for me that ended both relationships. I don't switch and being I'm monogamous there is no going outside the relationship.

When I was searching that was always the second question I always asked...."do you switch/have you ever switched?". If they said yes to either question I didn't go any further with them. I just can't get turned on by a man who does. I won't find anything at all appealing about him from that point on.

kalikshama -> RE: a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/15/2011 6:17:11 PM)

I got an email from a man who said "Submit to ur master!"

Because I was bored, I replied and told him he had a lot to learn.

He then asked me for training.

My theory is that some men will say anything if they think it will get them near a naked woman.

LillyBoPeep -> RE: a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/15/2011 6:36:45 PM)

ell oh ell, kalikshama. =p
your theory gets plenty of proof every day.

IronBear -> RE: a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/15/2011 7:39:22 PM)

This sounds like a straight friend who on occasions, comments that he just knows there is a male who is able to turn him on out there ....SOMEWHERE...... Scary thought but my friend also comments that he prays to every God/ess known to humanity that he will never meat this chap and should he do so he (my friend) will have no choice but to suicide.

Whiplashsmile4 -> RE: a switching service - not for utilities for proclivities (2/16/2011 2:59:52 AM)

So I guess having you fly here to kick me in the Balls is outta the question? LOL

Seriously, I think nearly everybody is encountered with this issue, just some people more than others. :-) It's okay, nothing to worry about.

For God's sake why? Why is he so lacking in self control that he can't keep his pants zipped? Does he run across the street to try to get the number of every pretty woman he sees? Does he abandon his date to try to pick someone else up? If not, then why can't he just say "Yup, that's one good looking guy" and then do nothing about it?

That was my thought.  She was submissive, now she is dominant.  If she can switch, can't others, too?  Maybe they feel she can relate.

As for how I've dealt with people approaching me like that, I smile and say no thank you.  Pretty simple.  [;)]

This could be so even though it gills me with a sense of disbelief that I would ever want to submit again.
And that's the thing about the subconscious: none of us ever know it by definition.

He just 'knows' because, I suspect, despite all of his God ridden gulit, the idealised turn on out 'there' keeps surfacing to his mind.
I think the above is just so really sad.
