There is no mention of "Death Panels" in the Affordable Health Care Act. There are provisions that would allow for insurance coverage for consultations concerning final wishes.

The only "Death Panels" operating in the US is in the State of Arizona where people on medicaid awaiting organ transplants were denied as a way to save money, effectively sentencing people to die.
