I can see a use for this. Your on a long trip, miles from the bathroom. The perfect companion for the regular traveler.

It's a tough fetish to sell by itself but it is a standard in humiliation. Try exploring that emotion in more detail and see if there are some other "skills" you can add. A strong skill set is always a big plus.
