If you want a fast, cheap solution, take your ordinary styrofoam and cut it to shape. A little glue to hold it in place and you have yourself a custom fit toilet seat made just for you.

Or you could go for old style from when the plumbing was outdoor and you used a "thunder mug" indoors.
