You are one of many many couples seeking the very rare bi sexual female to join in your relationship.  Be prepared to search a long time.  Search everywhere.  Search at your local munch.  Search at any regional events.  Just remember that there are many couples like you looking and very few who want to join an established couple.  You will have to be special in what you offer this lady or she will choose another couple instead of you.

Thank you we had one before but she had to move<military>...We are in talks with 2 others but at this time all that is all it is.... Maybe there is the right girl reading here and ready to take on an adventure of a lifetime..

I have seen a lot of complaints of people who appear to be real and then back out at the last moment.  I often wonder if it might be the same as pre-wedding jitters, that moment when something life changing suddenly becomes real.

One thing that might help, other than the regular encouragement, is to make the final steps their decision.  If in the last moments they are in complete control of what is about to happen, it might make the shock of a new and unknown reality easier to bear.
