A homeowner foreclosed on a bank.  http://consumerist.com/2011/02/how-this-philly-homeowner-foreclosed-on-wells-fargo.html

The bank changed the terms of his mortgage unilaterally and ignored his attempts to clarify.  He eventually had the local office seized.  Wells Fargo is now negotiating with him to get the foreclosure lifted.

Commentary on it: http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/finance/1075717/

That is great. Use the law against those who think they have it in their pocket. Part of me wants to see how they wiggle out if this mess,  but a larger part of me wants to attend the sale and buy a desk or two, smiling as people pick through their offices like a rummage sale. You made my Saturday, thank you.

Now I will open my pineal eye to the future...........

DKen will be strangegly silent.

Hunky will say "YAY"

RealO will bring in some tattered brief from a naval vessel in 1942 proving conclusively that this guy now owns the Queen of England.

jlf will comment on someone's mental competence.

RealO will respond with a love letter written by Daniel Webster which proves conclusively that the US is owned by the Queen of England, and that Rue Britania is the real national anthem.

DKen will emerge to disprove anything RealO writes with four hundred page documents from findlaw.com which will prove conclusiviely that one or more members have a mental disorder.

Someone random will comment on their medication(s).

Two or more posters will list the adverse side effects of any medication(s) mentiuoned.

HK will pop by and describe the chemical structiure of these medication(s), and make note of any compounds used in their manfacture that are petroleum based.

VAA will come and remind everyone to stay on topic, but by then nobody will remember what that is.

Whaadya think ? Do I have this pretty much down or what ?

Now THAT, is wikked funny!

The fact that he's a goth makes it really funny in that most 'up-right citizens' would look down on the guy for his choice of cloths and job. I certainly hope he gets a good return on his investment (what, with the time and energy he has placed).

"See termy......"

You just made my Saturday better !

But you jumped in too soon. You were scheduled to make an appearance after the others.

Rock the boat baby !, that's where it's at. In fact sink the boat. I don't have a boat. There will be a court decree in the mail next month saying specifically that I don't have a boat, so sink it.

Meantime, does anyone know where I can get some waterproof subwoofers ? I could also use a couple of life preservers.

I've decided that My next big assed Dom chair wont be a hand carved model but a big crimson velvet upholstered model.

Now If i can just get some chains and a leather hat, I'll be a "Twue Dom"

On the left, that's not a very good chair. I sat in a good chair once, I offered the dude a hell of alot of money for it but he wouldn't sell. I decided not to take it by force (too damn heavy) so I don't have it.

On the right, isn't that the house with the old witch that eats kids or something like that ? Something about gingerbread I think.

Yup, and guess what ! DKen is working for us now. In trying to putting me down he is actually helping the cause. This is what the fuck I am talking about.

What the fuck do you learn in martial arts ? To use your opponent's strength against him. Arguments are not won with facts, but with ideas.

I really don't think there is much more to say right now.

I'll never work for you. You're a racist lying puke.

Despite your newest lies I've never been a supporter of banks doing bad things. I also note that this guy was able to back up what he did with actual law in actual courts which is completely unlike anything you and unrealone etc. have ever been able to do. This guy should be luaded for standing up to a big company the only way he could while you should be ridiculed as a liar who has never yet been right about any of your claims.

That includes such doozies as:
aspirin doesn't work
you can get out of any legal trouble by 'CHALLENGE JURISDICTION'
All Americans are severely malnourished
The Protocols are not an antisemitic forgery

So all you post is facts, as you see them. That is fine. I am out and at large, which is probably bothering you right now. Fine.

But all I see from you is quotes. Who quoted the quoter ? You are a terminal, not a mainframe. You don't think for yourself, you let " experts" do it for you. You may have noticed I am getting hard on RealO an Hunky, that is because they belie logic. But you are the opposite end of the spectrum. You wouldn't play auction freezeout pinocle with me to save your life, unless you had the book of Hoyle

I can coexist. So it's not my problem.
