1- I do it how my body naturally does it, lol. I don't really have a form for it or anything. Sorry to be so boring on that note.
2-My Master uses kneeling after punishments and for discussions on rules or punishment. For example, after punishment is over I am to kneel at Her feet and tell Her what I did to disobey and disappoint Her. Another example would be if I don't understand why I am receiving punishment or I think it is unfair, I am to kneel at Her feet and explain myself and or ask any questions. Now, that does not mean she will listen or take what I am saying into consideration, but it at least gives me the chance.
3-In the instances above, I think kneeling is appropriate. It shows Her superiority and power. It also puts me in my place, especially after punishments when I am being reminded of what I've done wrong. As for kneeling in general, I see it as a good aspect between d/s and m/s.
