If he simply enjoyed the visual and doesn't mind your finding another toothpaste without mint...I would suggest looking among children's toothpastes. My son is autistic and used to avoid mint (and anything that burned his mouth) like the plague...I found several types of toothpaste that came in fruit flavors, like grape. Some were bubble gum flavored. The grape one had cartoon dinosaurs on it.
Crest sparkle toothpaste is bubblegum flavored but it does have a little bit of mint. The blue gel and sparkles caught my son's attention when he was older and it had very little mint mixed with the bubblegum flavor.
If your M likes to make you burn then you are simply out of luck. [:D]
Pretty much this. Only, if it's because your Master likes to make you burn, you can get various ointments or lubes many places that will give you that burn, but that are absolutely safe to use and generally cheap (like someone said, toothpaste can be abrasive and you certainly don't want any real damage to happen by accident). And if you or your Master has a preference, you can get things with specifically a hot burn or a cold burn. They are quite fun to mix actually, like, use one kind on your balls, and the other on your shaft..
