~FR~ I'm not a guy, but I do know that hair conditioner works really well on the tender bits. Sometimes I would get razor burn when I used shaving cream and a shaver, but now I use hair conditioner instead w/ a shaver instead and have NO razor burn. If you still want to use a shaving cream, I found that the kind that goes on like a gel and turns into a creamy lather after you rub it on work the best. At least IMO. I think how often you'd shave depends on how fast your hair grows and how prone you are to skin irritation. ~sweetsub~
