you can bet she didnt nurse Trig for more than a week, if that.

Lucy, I understand that you do not care for Ms. Palin. However, that comment insinuates that any woman that does not breastfeed is bad/wrong/evil/pick your adjective.

Perhaps you should reconsider painting with such broad brush-strokes.

Oh for gods sake, you are looking for malice where its not intended. It suggests your problem not mine
Ive both breast and formula fed all my kids.It was a dig at the woman in particular
notice I said, TRIG, not all her kids.
please dont look tooo deeply, your thought comes from your soul and your expectations.
I have nothing against working mothers.
I have a great dislike yes even bitchy dislike for this woman.... not against other women
sheesh

Compare and Contrast, Sarah Palin with Michelle Obama?

Compare: Michelle Obama is a Lady. Sarah Palin minus her geisha outfits, is just a _ i t c _.

Contrast: Michelle Obama could SCHOOL the NOOB Sarah Palan on Constitutional Law!

Sanity -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/21/2011 7:35:39 PM)

Youre sure MO knows the Constitution?

Michelle Obama: ‘For the First Time in My Adult Lifetime, I Am Really Proud of My Country’

At the very least the Governor could easily school MO on taking more pride in her country.

Aylee -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/21/2011 7:57:35 PM)

Sanity, you know that Ms. Obama merely misspeaks and that Ms. Palin is a dumb bitch hick.

After all, I know that I am always confused as to whether it is President Clinton or Senator Clinton. [8|]

Sanity -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/21/2011 8:05:13 PM)

Yeah, theres that, and there are also so many constantly varying standards. I cant keep them all straight, either. Who the stupid cows are that need bitch slapped, who we are supposed to show the deepest respect for... its all very confusing.

While we're on the subject, are we supposed to respect the office of the president this week, or was that last week?

Anyone know?

There is a new book that tells all about Sarah Palin

Sara Palin said I hate this damn job

Marini -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/21/2011 8:27:52 PM)

I checked the schedule, we are supposed to respect the office of the Presidency until St. Patrick's Day, than we start respecting the office again after Memorial Day.

I can check for the dates through the end of the year if you like.

Oh hell, you southerners all make far to big a deal about the "office of President" and all...its a political appointment for fuck's sake!!
And what's the big deal about Palin making a statement that differs from one she made before, she's a fucking TV commentator!!! Its all for the ratings, and her target audience dislikes anything to do with Obama (see our own Sanity for proof of that), including whatever his wife says, so of course she is going to diss Michelle, its simply good business for her to do so and while Palin may be many things, bad at business clearly isn't one of them.

tazzygirl -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/21/2011 10:34:57 PM)

~shrugs

Personally, I dont want to know about what she is doing, who she is doing it with or too, or how much she is making while she is doing whatever it is she is doing.

Are you trying to say "I must not HAVE read it..."? I'm sure you just slipped up, because I know you know that "of" is not a verb.

luckydawg -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/22/2011 1:46:55 AM)

nothing is more pathetic than pointing out typos.

That isn't a typo, genius. I would amend your statement by saying that nothing is more pathetic than someone attempting to snark who gets it completely wrong. You screwed the pooch, Gomer.

tazzygirl -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/22/2011 2:08:04 AM)

I grew up in the south... should of, would of, could of... just a phrase most use.

Mrs Obama is both very intelligent and educated. Her profession (apart from being a good parent) is that of a lawyer. Her husband, is a Constitutional lawyer. In fact, he TEACHES Constutitional Law. Want to make a $100K bet with me, that she doesn't know the Constitution, Sanity?

Comparing Michelle Obama's knowledge and understanding of the US Constitution to Sarah Palin, is like comparing Stephen Hawking's knowledge and understanding of Physics to Glenn Beck.

I dont care, its lame to refer to Governor Palin that way too but so what. Im not going to work at being more pc than the libtards

She's not Governor Palin, and hasn't been Governor Palin since she left office in the middle of her term.

Both are wrong... as is Governor Palin.

Elisabella -> RE: Compare and contrast (2/22/2011 5:04:46 AM)

Exactly lol...she can be former Governor Palin, or Mrs. Palin, or Ms. Palin, or Sarah Palin...but calling her "Governor Palin" is like referring to the President as "Senator Obama" lol.

That's because she didn't.

K.

No kidding?

Did you read the same thing I did?

“No wonder Michelle Obama is telling everybody, ‘You’d better breast-feed your baby,” she said at a Long Island appearance on Thursday, after slamming President Barack Obama for rising gas prices and other items — like milk — since he took office. “Yeah, you’d better, because the price of milk is so high right now.”

Or is that she had to literally say those exact words?

She didn't say breast feeding was bad, she said the economy was bad.
