Status: offline 		You answered your own question;  If you have to ask why she did it, it's to fuck with your mind, which has apparently worked well on her part.  You could always call her, tell her you lost her address because you wanted to return it, and then say you only had her parents (or closest) relative's address.  NOT that I'm advocating this, but do this and see what *her* reaction is.  I don't think you'd get any other tape. 

And no, I am not eeeeeeeeebil, I have my own reasons for knowing about having someone threatening to mail something to your parents.  Even if you weren't aware of said event at the time, and didn't know of its existence until it was too late.
