Pittsburgh, that is. 23/m, can call me DG if the full thing is too much. New to the whole idea of dom/sub, but after talking about it in passing with a friend online, decided I wanted to learn a bit more, and get into it. Searching skills led me here, so time to do some digging around the forum.

hello, and welcome to cm! Browsing the message boards is a great idea, and maybe think about wandering along to your local munch would give you a better idea of what you want/need. And of course, you may just meet the sub of your dreams! [:D]

Local munch? Oh yes, I definitely have a lot to learn, as I am unfamiliar with that term.

Its a get together of people in the life that meet at a restaurant or bar, in a totally normal setting....and get to know people.

Try this link Munches are usually in a very 'nilla setting (bar, restaurant, etc) and is a way to get to know local kinksters without any of the overt trappings of D/s or M/s. They tend to be very welcoming and friendly. It might be an idea to find your local munch from this list, and message the person who runs it. They will happily arrange to meet you at the munch and introduce you around so that you don't feel awkward or shy. Good luck! [:D]
