Not of the canine variety. 

For those who went a couple of years ago, I'm not renting a big place like before.  The motel itself is not large (in fact, used to be two separate small motels - which explains the two pools).  I'm not sure how many rooms it has, I think around 25.  There is a one-story wing, and a two-story wing.  There is no elevator.  There is extremely limited parking and no visitor parking.  We're not renting a car; we take the trolley to get around the island or the "free" golf cart guy (you give him a tip).

We stay at this place because it is directly on the beach.  There are larger hotels in the area, but the reviews weren't any better than for our place.

it's a decent place, really, and convenient enough to non-beach locales. Like places with sangria.

Since it appears I'll be living in Savannah by the time of the party, I'll probably need a roomie, Fox (I still have to let Amanda know I'll need those days off)
