OK I'm going to take the OP seriously ...
Firstly, I don't necessarily tie/chain a new sub the first time I play with them ... it can freak some people out. I usually do other forms of play with them unrestrained ... or if they want the feel of rope on them, I might do a simple rope harness. At most I might tie their hands together behind their backs ... they still have the sense that they can flee if they feel the need (not that they do!).
However, once I have built enough trust with the sub in order to restrain them, then some of the activities are:
* obvious impact play, such as spanking, flogging, caning (if that's Your thing AND You know how to do that properly)
* sensory play, such as different textures, hot and cold, maybe tickling if it's not a hard limit
* traditional tie and tease ie genital stimulation, or maybe some CBT
* pubic shaving (will make him feel VERY vulnerable) ... the tease comes when You've done half and threaten to leave him like that ... and take lots of pics
* and of course if You are so inclined You can mount him and have Your wicked way with him
* wax play
and so on. That should be enough to get You going!
