I am 33...ok, yes I conquered the world quite a lot in my 30s...or well...way too much

Anyhow don't give her the impression that this would last long once she hits 30 I struggle to remember that feeling of prime you are talking about

I'm 54 and have all my original teeth.  I do have diabetes and have little wind, but aside of that am not in bad shape.  My grandmother had most of her original teeth when she died at 102 and swam six days a week till she was 100.  If you take care of yourself, 40 is not the end of the world.

Status: offline 		Wait til your in your late 30's and your parents buy you a plot at the cemetery and your name is included on the headstone.  I'm now 48 and if it was just my name on it, I woulda stolen it already and turned the damn thing into a coffee table.  Unfortunately, my mom decided i was going to die a lonely old spinster, and didn't want me "left out". 

Then ya get to come back an complain about being 25. HAH!!

Hope your wind isn't as cracking stormy (noise wise) as the ones from many of the men I met

My grandpa also had most of his teeth when he died 79 and sure still would have most, but he didnt take care of himself as alcohol had taken over his life. And my great grand mother knitted socks for me until she turned 95, by what time I was 11.

In regards to teeth that actually doesnt bother me that much, as I know at least that whenever I lose more of mine I have a marvellous good pain killer with my fms meds...

It's what you make it. If you think it's shit and make it shit, it will be shit. I prefer to take the shit and spread it on my roses, raspberries, and other sweet goodies!

Seriously, I believe in completely and totally embracing the moment with zero wistful thinking about previous moments. No living for the what if's or what might be's in the future. It's all about now and making it the best it can be. Sounds silly and trite but it's all I've got and it works for me.

I cant believe how long that work horse- goes and goes- plug her in and she works like crazy!  (she does!  she does!!)

Dear DS, While I do not understand your complaining about lack of the wind being a helpful subbie I shall offer some advice;

Try eating some pork and beans, cabbage, saurkraut and broccoli daily. This should increase your wind considerably.
