hello tenderheart,

I am glad you are feeling better.  Take the time you need and remember there is no hurry.

I do feel much much better. Now that I have re activated my profile here, I am receiving lots of support and it feels great.

I have absolutely no plans to meet anyone for awhile.  No rebound for me.

Dude definitely appeared to have some issues going on, but something that struck me was the willingness to call this guy down for doing it over the phone.  Normally, I'd agree that this is the cowards way out, but I also wondered if this was a long-distance relationship thing and there was little choice in options for the 'break up'...since it was never mentioned specifically.

If it was, would people be reacting the same way?  Would it have been better for him to wait until there was an opportunity to meet face-to-face, letting things degenerate in the mean time?  Would he still be considered such a wuss and less-than-dominant for utilizing that method in that case?  Would any of the responsibility be placed on the other person for getting involved in a long distance relationship, and therefore knew the risks of a 'break-up' happening over the phone?

If it wasn't a long distance relationship, then I agree he took the easy way out--easy for him, that is.  I'm glad you've started healing, tender.  Best wishes for the future.

He and I travelled between our homes each week, were starting a business together, buying a house together.  He could have simply told me at any time.

Hmmmm I do hope that your profile vanishing is simply you taking a short break and that you will get through this in one piece sweetie.

If you do pop by and catch this, just remember. It was HIS fault, his actions and not any lack on your part.

Chin up petal and hopefully we will see you back soon.

Hi Raven,  I am not sure what the future holds for tendergirl.  I feel in my heart really that she should be packed away with all the toys, restraints etc and all the memories.  My heart and soul can't take the rejection and the loss.  I need bondage like I need air and food.  Without it, I ache.

I kept that part of my life subdued, repressed for over 30 years.  Looks like another 30 will be necessary.

I know I sound weak, but I just cannot help it.  He knew me, He made tendergirl alive.  I cannot share that with another person.

love to you all from Gina (formerly tendergirl)

Give yourself time petal, It hasn't been long since it happened and an even shorter time since you found out the truth.

You ARE a very special young lady and you can get to the other side of this.

You know how to contact me if you need to petal.

Don't allow one person and one unfortunate experience to take away who you are at your core.  Don't give him that power in your life.  Take a self-imposed journey, learn about yourself and gain strength.
