By MELISSA NELSON, Associated Press Melissa Nelson, Associated Press – Thu Mar 3, 3:52 pm ET PENSACOLA, Fla. – A federal judge who declared President Barack Obama's health care overhaul unconstitutional ruled Thursday that states must continue implementing it while the case makes its way through the courts.

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson was responding to a request from Obama administration attorneys who sought to ensure Florida and 25 other states follow the law until their challenge to it is resolved.

Three other federal judges have upheld the law and a fourth in Virginia has ruled against it, but that ruling is also on hold until appeals are heard. The issue is widely expected to wind up before the U.S. Supreme Court.

In Thursday's ruling, Vinson admonished the administration for being slow to appeal and for asking him to clarify his ruling instead of filing a motion to put it on hold. Still, he said, it is in the nation's best interest for states to continue following the law for now. "It would be extremely disruptive and cause significant uncertainty" to halt implementation, he wrote.

Status: offline 		He gave the Dims a seven day- that's SEVEN DAYS- to file and fast track their appeal. Like an impatient school marm lecturing children, he actually told then to put a "colored folder" on their existing case and ship it the appeals court.

Which, interestingly enough, was exactly what Greta VanSusteren had said they should do since, seemingly, a few hours after Vinsons original ruling.

This ruling was a total defeat for the stall tactics employed by Team 0bama0. Rs are quite pleased with it, your spin notwithstanding.

We have our greatest chance of killing 0bama0Care quickly this way than any other; which is, indisputably, our desire.

Just because of the mandatory purchase requirement, or is there more to it than that?

As I said, severability doctrine and whatnot ...my advice is take odds and don't accept them, you will be wiped out.

And I'm trying to figure out where that opinion originates.

I truly don't understand the opposition to this.

When GM went into bankruptcy it was said that one of the major reasons was they couldn't compete with Toyota based on their health care costs as opposed to the universal health care in Japan.

So why wouldn't Republicans who are so pro-business support what would seem to help out businesses?

Oh, I remember some of the old threads without looking them up.

And all remember seeing were blanket condemnations based on political affiliation.

So, how about indulging me and give me your specific objections to this, particularly as I earlier asked, in relation to business.
