MissAsylum -> Planned Parenthood Funding Cut (3/4/2011 10:37:04 AM)

Edit: This had been discussed here before, however, I did not find it when I searched for it. My bad.
On February 18, 2011, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to bar Planned Parenthood from all federal funding for any purpose. The Senate will consider this legislation next. This will prevent both men and women from recieving inexpensive and/or free birth control, STD/STI testing, cancer screenings, and many other services.
I'm not here to tell anybody to be for Planned Parenthood, against it, or anything. Just putting the info out there.
