Guess the GOP was so busy on the lookout for ACORN they missed their own guy.

One guy. One miscast ballot. Seven felony charges. Nothing political here.

Glad to see you follow/watch Fox.

so the right is as bad as the left!

Lets argue about it! LOL

So it's his personal vote that was a fraudulent registration, rather than some organization collecting fraudulent registrations.

Did you not even read your own link, Ken, or were you just hoping that you could equate this guy to ACORN, and it would stick, figuring nobody else would read the link either?

Daniels seems to have the right idea.

So a Republican commits election fraud to get elected to enforce election laws?

I was simply pointing out that this guy actually voted fraudulently which is something no one ever showed in any of the ACORN 'scandals.'

Yep, registration fraud is seen every year by all sorts of folks (I remember OH and CA having issues with proposition drives), but voting fraud is unbelievably, exceedingly rare.

I find this particular case ironic because it's usually Republicans who loudly proclaim that we all need to show a state-issued ID when we report to a polling station to prevent voter fraud.  Or defeat "motor voter" registration.  Or post observers at polling places to watch out for ebil librul voter fraud.  They showed up at my place (a poor income part of suburban Dayton), and at other low income places in metro Dayton  - but not in Beavercreek, Oakwood, or other tony spots.
